Guarantee

The repair company guarantees that the repaired cars, units and components meet the requirements of DSTU 2322-93, provided that all the requirements for car maintenance stipulated in the documentation of the manufacturers and the recommendations of the car service are observed during operation.

If defects caused by the Contractor are detected during the warranty period, the repair company is obliged to устранить them at its own expense within fourteen days from the date of the claim.

The warranty period for services is established:

• for the repair of cars and components – 6 months, but not more than 10,000 km of mileage

The warranty does not apply to the Customer’s spare parts
The warranty period does not apply to selected brands of Chinese manufacturers.
The warranty for paintwork covers only new original spare parts.
Warranty obligations can be fulfilled only in the CAR Master car service network. If you contact other car services, the warranty does not apply.
