You can buy a cooling system hose at a stationary auto parts store, online or directly at the workshop. When ordering, pay attention to whether the cable material is reinforced with metal or glass fiber. These hoses are stronger and retain their shape longer, which reduces the risk of breakage.

When should you replace the coolant hose?

Never wait until the last minute to replace the antifreeze supply hoses. It is very important to monitor the operation of your car and detect any problems as soon as possible. If the on-board computer shows malfunctions in the car’s engine cooling system, check its individual components at a service center: you may need to replace the coolant. There are many reasons why a car’s coolant hose can fail. Most often, this is simply because it is already worn out, which is why it breaks or loosens on its own while driving.
